If you are a Primary Contact or other company administrator, you may be allowed to add users to your company roster. Depending on site configuration, privileged company representatives such as Company Admins and Primary Contacts may be able to use the Add a User tool to add representatives for their company. If you are a Company Admin and this tool is not available to you, you will have to refer the user to the online application forms or contact your Organization Admin when a company representative needs to be added.Back to top
Add information about your new company representative, including this user's personal and contact information.
Email notification used to welcome new representatives is enabled by default. This message contains a login link and instructions that your new representative needs in order to login and begin participating in the organization. If you want to suppress the email notification that would otherwise be sent to this representative, set the 'Notify User of Change' option to 'No'. In this case you would have to ask an Organization Admin send a welcome email at some later time.
When you have entered all available information, click Add. Assuming email notification is enabled, the message goes out immediately so your new representative can login, set a private password and explore the organizations website.
|Contact Information||Enter email and phone contact information. Depending on site configuration, an email address may not be required. However, unless a valid primary email address is provided, the user will not be able to receive login information or other email notifications automatically.|
|Address||If an address is collected for users with this purpose, address fields are displayed. The Contact Name is prefilled with the full name of the account holder, but this can be edited.|
|Contact Types||Contact Types that are ordinarily assigned to all Company Representatives are preselected. You may assign other Contact Types, such as Primary Contact, if this user is assuming a special position in the organization.|
